Oak Bridge

Part of the restoration of Weston Park Sheffield we were commissioned to reproduce and reinstate an Oak timber framed bridge. The bridge was designed by Robert Marnock in 1867 and stood in its place until the second world war. Based on Roberts original design it was re-designed and constructed, incorporating an Oak tree from the site into the new bridge using traditional carpentry techniques.
